Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

2. **Non-Refundable Items**: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and personalized products. Additionally, any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

3. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via email at thesleebit@gmail.com. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. **Refund Processing**: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the payment provider.

5. **Exchanges**: If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or color, they must follow the return process outlined above. After the return is processed, a new order can be placed for the desired item.

6. **Defective or Incorrect Items**: In the event that a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they should contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the defective or incorrect item and issue a full refund or replacement as preferred by the customer.

7. **Changes to the Refund Policy**: Sleebit reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
